assistance request

hello, i am new to this site but have had possitive responses as of so far with my questions.

this is my dylema

we have a 12 year old that is really wanting to get into racing, etc. the problem is that right now all we have for him to ride is a xr100 which is by no means made for racing. are there any programs out that that might be able to assist in purchasing a bike as well as protective gear for him to start proceeding in what he wants to do? he has no gear except for a helmet.

nope, other than working your rear end off to support the little boogers.
