What a great thing. I had seen some of the flyers around the shops here in Denver area. I am setting up a new website and will post a link to here. What other ways are there to help?

I've gotten back into ridding last year with a 450X and love the trails. I also wound up wth a Duel Exhaust 450R and like to hang out at the track at Thunder Valley when unable to hit the trails.

Also got to say I purchesed a Leatt Brace about 2 weeks ago and last weekend I tested it out by going over the bars at the track and going in head first at about 25mph and when my visor hit the dirt it cranked my neck and that is when the brace came into play. It fliped my hole body over and other then a bunch of mud packed into every open area and sleaves(clear up and into my elbow pads) all was well and I did a few more laps before calling it quit for the day. Next day muscels were sore all the way down my left side just enough to let me know it could have layed me up.
Leatt Braces are. "Well worth every penny". Keig

PS. Having problems with reading some of the post, they run off the page on the right side of the thread and no way to scroll over that far.???

Welcome Keiger - thanks for joining the forum! Glad you had that Leatt on when you flipped, you just never know when or what could happen (which I suppose is a part of the adrenaline rush we're addicted to?). I see you live over in Conifer, I'm just over the hill in Evergreen.

Take a second and fill out the "Join RDF as a Volunteer" form when you get a chance. It helps us keep track of who's available to help and with what kind of skills. There's always a lot going on for sure!

Keiger,

Glad you made it here! As others have stated, there are many ways to help. We sometimes have events here in the Denver area that we are unable to get to and need volunteers to represent us. Fill out that volunteer intake form so we know what you are willing and able to do. :thumb :thumb

Wow theres a few Mt. folks here. If you see the sponcered MEDVED truck and trailer running around the hill and valleys that is me.

Checked out the Volunteer list and have a question. What does ARC angle, Contact person, and Admin. support consist of?

An ARC Angel delivers gear bags, gift bags or monetary gifts to injured riders and their families.

I think I've seen your truck! If you see a speeding black minivan with a RD sticker on the back it's me. :D :thumb
