Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to intoduce myself to those who don't no me. My family and I moved to Texas last November from Ontario Canada. I am the proud Dad of 4 kids, 2 whom are old enough to ride dirt bikes and are very talented Motocross racers. I created a race team in honour of my brother, Steve Smith Jr. whom passed away in December 2005 while riding by my side in Big Bend, TX. He is also known as Mini Rocketman. We are fortunate to have found RDF as they have helped my family through our tragedy. My 2 boys, Bailey 10, and Hudson 6 are both on the team I created "Mini Rocketman Racing". After a yr off of racing we are now settled in Texas and have started the boys racing careers up once again. I am looking forward to "helping riders up" when we are called on and we will spread the word as we start our season.

To be really proud of my family.....Joel and Jen, my daughter in law, have stepped up and help fill the immense holes in our hearts following the loss of Stevie Jr.

I've never even heard one mention of "Maybe we shouldn't let the kids ride any more"

We all like to think that MiniRocketman would approve of how we are conducting our live these days.

When we're not sure what we should do we ask the question "What do you think Stevie would want us to do?"

"Get active with RDF" is something he would want us to do.

Bailey and Hudson will give their "all" racing and representing RDF.

Hudson Plouffe #182:
50cc 7-8yr
Overall 3rd
50cc open 4-8yr
Overall 4th

Hudson the 6 yr old "IRON MAN" also begged me
to let him race two classes in the Saturday night Full Moon Race,
he finished 9th in all 4 motos under the lights! Total of 8 motos on Saturday for Iron Man! Wish I could do that.
