Thank you all for your support and best wishes!! Keep those thoughts 'cause we had a delay in the court hearing for another couple of weeks or so.
In a nutshell - well nevermind, I really don't feel this would be the best place to tell this story, and it is a pretty unbelievable story that needs to have a happy ending! :thumb I'd be more than willing to share the details with any of you...just not at this point on a public internet forum.
Thanks again!!! I hope you all are doing great!!! :)

I've been through the whole court thing one time. And that was PLENTY! I wish you well and pray that you can still function through all the stress.:thumb Those postponements are a real pain.

Bruce, I'm sorry to hear about your delay today, it just drags things on.
I too have no idea what you are talking about but.....Maybe this will fall on knowing receptive ears....
I divorced "WhitchyPoo" in 1980.
Two years later I went back to court to seek "modification of visitation" for our only child Tara, age 6.
My lawyer, a savy ex-navy guy, said "Steve, you're paying me a lot of money to stand up in court for you, for the same price I could ask for custody"
To cut a long story short......I said OK.....My lawyer said "Custody".....The Judge said " This child is going to be in need of aggressive management, which I believe can only be given by the Father"....I left the court room in a daze with full custody and child support.....
There's not a week goes by that I don't think about what that judge said..... And....I wouldn't do a darn thing differently today if I had too.....
You guys may know her as Tinkerbell here on the forum.
Follow your heart.....No one can say yes if you don't ask!!!!!
PM me if I can be of any help.
Can't wait to hear "The rest of the story"

Bruce and Amy,
Good always conquers evil ! Sometimes, it just takes a little longer. You are two of the most wonderful and caring people I know. Hang in there ! I'm going to just send "well wishes " your way. You don't want any of my Pennsylvania luck out west !

Thanks everyone, this morning we go back in, wish us luck and let's hope we don't get another delay. The stress is mounting and really taking a toll on my daughter. Rather than luck how about just wishing her strength.....

Thanks Kim.
Well we just got back and it's another delay. I know this is how "the system" works but it's hell on the nerves and emotions of all involved, especially kids. My daughter is mad, disappointed and angry at having to continually be subjected to the emotional harassment and intimidation tactics of someone she loves and who is supposed to love her. I don't want to say to much on here in a public forum but boy would I like to give someone an earful.

But.....Never give up, shoot for the moon and if needed settle for a few planets....Jeff Bolt's better half, Yolanda, taught me somthing when I was out in the Mojave with them at the Smiley Riley benefit ride ....
Her "catch phrase" I just loved was "Hey, It's just the right thing to do"....It's amazing how many situations that can apply to when you stop and think about it.
We're all pulling for you because we trust you and have faith that you're all doing "The right thing"
When do we find out what in the world you and us are talking about?

Well I guess if you believe in what you're posting it doesn't hurt to post it twice, even if it was an accident.
Sorry guys.
