What a great event.....RDF is keeping some pretty good company these days!!!
I think Texas needs to get in on the act somehow, California's a bit of a hike from here....
As usual there's no one claiming bragging rights for getting RDF involved with Sun.....Whoever it was please stand and take a well deserved bow...Good job.

This event was awesome! A little over $8000 was raised and a lot of awareness about our mission of "Helping Riders Up" was garnered. Their was some great stuff donated for the auction and raffle and there was a ton of free stuff given away also. We recieved so much support from the riders, sponsors and the riding community here in CO - thanks go out to everyone! Stay tuned we'll have some pics up soon.

Angie - I wish you had been able to join us too!!
It was a great event and people were very generous. It felt so good to have RD announced as the beneficiary of the proceeds over the mic!! Bruce did a great job with what little time he had at the mic and of course he tried to make as many contacts as possible.:thumb
A big thank you to all who bought raffle tickets, bidded on items, gave donations, stopped by our booth as well as Sun and Bevo for putting on a great event!!! Thanks to the Lee family also for helping us at the booth!!=!

This was sent out in Sun's recent newsletter...
Sun Autograph Signing and Auction a Success!
$8,000 raised for the RiderDown Foundation
Sun would like to thank everyone that stopped by on July 20th for the AMA Motocross Nationals Autograph Signing. We had a great turnout and it was a lot of fun for all those that attended.
Riders James Stewart, Tim Ferry, Ryan Villipoto, Brett Metcalfe, Chris Gosselaar, Martin Davalos, Mike Alessi, and Jeff Alessi were able to attend and sign autographs for their fans for a little over an hour.
Forms of entertainment included checking out the latest gear from vendors such as Scott, Thor, and Oakley, a rock climbing wall provided by the Army, a raffle that included some pretty sweet prizes, and an auction. The proceeds of the raffle and auction went to the RiderDown Foundation. $8,000.00 was raised for this charity and $5,000.00 went directly to injured rider Doug Henry.
We'll have pictures up on Sun's website (www.sunent.com) soon, so make sure you check it out. Again, a big thanks goes out to all those who attended and helped raise such a considerable amount for the RiderDown Foundation.
