Hi,
I'm literally a newbie, just started riding last year and I don't know why I waited 48 years to start. I bought my son a bike and then I just had to have one too. Your site is awesome and I hope I can help out in some way or another. I have an idea of just how painfull injuries can be since I fractured my s1 vertebre and herniated the disk in a skiing incident, thankfully after a lot of therapy and swimming I'm back to normal (ya right..."normal") . I live right near Doug Henry, I'm sure you all know him, and his last accident struck me very hard, and it made me realize just how fragile we all are. I orignally went to this site to see what I could do for him and then after reading some posts it became very clear that there are a lot of riders with some very serious injuries.
