Hello everyone. I run the Racer X Virtual Trainer website and thought is was time I joined a few Mx related forums to spread the word. If any of you have any training related questions, or even injury related, please go to the Virtual Trainer website and submit the question under the Ask the Trainer section. I run the website for fun in my spare time, so checking several different forums each day for questions is time prohibitive. I would hate to have you ask a question here and not get a response for days or weeks. (BTW, I reviewed alot of the training related questions on the forum, and it looks like you all have been in good hands!) If you ask the question through the website, we can then later repost the Q & A in this forum for all to read. I just did an interview with Bevo Forte this morning regarding the SX's Biggest Loser fund raiser. It should turn out to be a nice read. May even place the entire interview on the web in digital instead of typing the entire thing in. Still experimenting wth that. Any way, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to you fine people at Riderdown. It's people like you that keep the World a nicer place!
