I got this from the KTMTalk General Mini section:
"Beginning March 10 all 65cc, 85cc, and 150cc Youth classes will require neck protection either a neck roll type device or a LEATT Brace. REM will have neck rolls available for racers who do not have them. Should a racer in these categories choose not to wear neck protection a waiver will be available for parents to sign stating that they do not wish their child to use such a device. REM recommends that all racers of all ages use whatever technology is available to lessen the severity of injuries. It is entirely logical to think of a future where this type of equipment is mandatory for all motocross competition."
