Right on. Matt offered up a sweet RC Poster which he had Ricky autograph before adding it into the auction, I heard it brought in some BIG numbers! That is so awesome, and from what I understand Nick DePalo was loving being out and about.
We'll put up more details as we get them, stay tuned!

Wow, what an awesome time we had. They raised a pretty good amount of money on Friday night, but I do not have the exact total. It was so much fun though. We have some pictures, that once they get uploaded, we will post for all to see. I think Nick had TOOO much fun Friday night haha ;) He said it was all worth it though this morning on the way to the airport!! That was music to my ears.
I had a really good time there, I didn't realize I would be making a speech, if I had known that I would have had a few beers instead of the Monster Energy Drinks.
The picture was sweeeeeeeeeet!!!!! Steve Cox gave that to me back in June and I sat on it until the right time to break it out and I felt this was that time. Over the weekend two of them were auctioned off and brought in a combined $1000. $400 for the Rider Down auction on Friday and $600 for the Ride 4 A/T on Sunday I was "super pumped." as Chad Reed would say.
Here is what it looks like.

The good news is, I have an even better one that Steve donated and worked on for several hours last night before sending it to me. I'm thinking of doing two different sizes of these and have each size numbered 1 through 4 and have Steve (the photographer) sign the bottom corner kinda small and Ricky sign them in the middle.
Under the right circumstances I could see these fethcing more than the first one.

BD - you know what I think of those pics....AWESOME!!! Thanks for producing them and then donating them to both RDF & the Ride4AT. Thanks also to Steve Cox of MXI for helping to provide those as and thanks to RC for signing them!
I talked with Ricky Patterson of Freewheeling again today and he said ya'll did a fantastic job representing RiderDown at this years event. We look forward to working with them throughout the year and hopefully again next year.

Tatonka,
All I did was print them, throw them in frames and get them signed. Cox did the real work.
He just sent me a ton more that he said we were free to use as we see fit. Hopefully you guys will make him the homorary "Official Moto Photographer" of Rider Down or something and give him props when his prints are used to raise funds in your future press releases. I'm very big on giving people the credit they deserve and he is so amped up that two of his pictures raised $1000 this weekend.
The pictures he just sent me, like the preious two are works of art and have the potential to bring in thousands of dollars if they are used right and kept as limited numbered items. The worse thing, in my opinion that could be done is to mass print them and devalue them. He is so excited about this and I know that he will help with more pics as they are needed.
Ricky Patterson was fantastic. His idea to sell front of the line access tickets to meet RC for $25 each was stellar. All of the guys at FRreewheeling were great, it's a damn shame that Tammy's dealership is pretty much worthless, they dropped the ball on getting Nick in the Parts Unlimited Dinner, but guess who did. Yup! Freewheeling.
I'll upload those pics that Steve Sent me and post them here for you guys to gawk at!
I told Bruce an idea I had for the Bevo thing and using Steve's pictures as an incentive for local shops to pledge and Steve just gave me the OK to do that, basically he said "Anything you want to do with them that will help."
Tammy's idea of getting Nick here has really fired me up, not only for RD, but also for Road 2 Recovery and Ride 4 A/T. I love you guys, but I want to help all three :)
Here are some of the pics Steve sent....

BD,
Those pics are absolutely amazing. I agree, mass producing them would be a shame.
I hope you realize how much everyone appreciates having you here. New ideas and new outlooks are a breath of fresh air.
That goes for all of our members. When someone comes up with a new and exciting idea , it gives the rest of us a huge boost. It makes me work harder to help the riders and their families.
