Is it just me?

Nothing against James Stewart, who is on a different planet as far as ability and speed or the rest of the guys who risk it all everyday. It is a lot of fun to watch what they can do but as far as exciting races go with out RC challenging James things are back to being too predicable.

I think you're right. Really it's been that way the past couple of years, RC and JS out front with no one to challenge them really. I guess that's why the Lites class is so much fun to watch.

its was the same way with McGrath hit the scene as well as bradshaw and hannah. for the first year or so they dominated, RC was the same way albiet he was challanged at first. Bubba is a differant bread of kid / racer, he is a prodigy for sure. I was hoping beyond reason Chad would step up, but to be truthful, I think Chad can, but he has not the peopel around him that will ignite the fire.

Unless Milsaps comes back and or VP gets pushed up, I think over the next couple years its going to be the Bubba Show

There will always be an outstanding rider that shines above the rest. That's always been the case.

I think the format of SX leave much to be desired. Granted that it's a business and as in all businesses, money is king. Exciting sx races are a thing of the past. One minute laps, jeez - what's that?

If one looks at the great riders of our time you'll see more of a true "ironman". Racing three 20 minute motos if you didn't qualify, then a 30 minute moto for the main.

Take the old outdoor national format for instance, two 45 minute motos + 1 lap - see what I mean? How many kids of today could do that without complaining or protesting? None I suspect.
