I was referred here by a couple of people from KTM talk and recognize John Lorenze from TT. Hey John:awesome:
My son broke his right tib fib a month ago and I am looking for advice on reocovery after the cast comes off. He just turned 7 and really enjoys riding MX.
Looks like a great organization here!!! Thanks for helping the broken ones.

Thanks for asking. He is doing pretty well. He has full movement in his knee and ankle again, but still walks with the foot pointing out to the side a bit. His calf muscle is still pretty small and gets tired as was expected.
He has been back on the bike for about a week. We waited extra long because there really was no reason to rush back onto the bike. This gave him a little extra healing time and some time for muscle toning.
I have been amazed at his speed on the bike. He took about two minutes to get used to things again and he is now riding faster than ever. He had a pretty hard get off at around 25mph and got right back up and going again(after a few tears). I was a little worried that he would be gun shy, but not at all.0-0
