Most memorable race as a novice...eating a solid stack of tires up in Cheyenne on the first lap after some "dude" decided to park me there for no reason. Got up and proceeded to pass and park that previous dude and one more on my way to a second place finish for that moto. I kid you not passed 30 plus dudes in 6 laps on a 2 stroke...sometimes adrenaline can come in real handy!!
WFO!! All moto long buddy!!:roost:
Most memorable race as an amateur...Pros went first, B riders went second off the same gate in McCook Nebraska. Got a decent start and finally passed for the lead in the B class. After a couple of laps I started catching a couple of slower pros, yeah they didn't like that, maybe they should've trained harder, just saying but put a gap on them before the checkered flag. The next moto when we lined up for was a bit different they looked at me and all I did was shrug my shoulders at them, like I don't know know what happened there.
They got lucky that moto as a huge tractor tire caused a DNF. Ya know those things don't move at all when you hit em!! Even on a 450!! :flip:
Pro highlights - Got a little side tracked with the SCI, but maybe one day this chapter will get written.
