Yes we are! After a lengthy application and approval process we received notice from the IRS that we have been formally recognized as a Tax Exempt 501(c)3 Entity. We are registered in the State of Colorado as a Non-Profit Organization. The RiderDown Foundation is completely, 100% powered by volunteers.

RiderDown Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping responsible off road motorcyclists and ATV racers who have been injured while riding. Proceeds are used to provide assistance to the riders and their families when faced with medical expenses and related issues.
