RDF will be providing some financial support to Andrew as he recovers from his accident. Here's how he described his crash:



My front end washed out in a deep breaking bump on a wide open flat turn on the track, on a practice day. My left foot stuck in the ground and tore me off the bike. Resulting in acl tear and partial damage to meniscus.

It all started when a normal day at practice turned to a life changing and long and drawn out experience. Maybe I was trying to ride above my abilities , but mix that with mother natures wet conditions and man and machine made braking bumps, and it spells disaster. after 8 months of struggle physically and financially, I am starting to get my head above water, and cautiously return to riding. With the help of Rider Down Foundation, I was able to pay some medical expenses down, to bring me ahead of the game and return to the sport I love sooner and with a new respect for what we do out there. As I return to riding it is much more fun to not push myself so hard and just enjoy the ride! SO thanks Rider Down and everyone in the mx community for helping the sport that has become my life style!:thumb:thumb:thumb:fiddy:
