I want to extend a big thanks to Les Walker & Riderdown.org with the package.

Not only did they help me with what they could. They even offered to get me, my bike & Jeep back home to San Diego from Texas.

Its a hard road to figuring out what to do after an accident & even more so when you don't have insurance. Asking for help is a tough thing for most men to get out of there mouths.

I'm just glad riderdown.org stepped up to an unkown soul. I will when back on my feet be a supporter of this fantastic group of people. You were helpful & quick to respond. Everything helps when your down on the ground.

But, I'm sorry My Momma asked this 38yr old man if I learned my lesson & to just stop or slow down. I had to respond as nice & respectful as possible I did learn one thing. "Don't back off the throttle" :roost:

So 2 1/2months later after breaking off both ankle bones on the left leg, 9 fractures, 12 screws & a pickle fork collar/plate. I'm soon to be walking in about 2 more weeks.

Well, I thought I wrote this a few weeks ago & it was never approved & posted?
It was pretty long & detailed

I just want to thank riderdown.org for helping me out.

J - for some reason your post was hung up in moderation waiting to be approved! I have no idea why these computers do things the way they do!

Everyone at RDF is here to help, we're glad that you are recovering and are close to walking again! :thumb Be good to your Momma - she's the only one you'll ever have!! BTW - mine has asked me the same question...many times. :D

Ok, I thought the loopy drugs or the just lack of remembering things form boredom set in.

I'm back in San Diego as of last Monday. Partially walking but can tell its gonna be a while till I'm back to flying high without pain...

I'm just itching to checkout the new tracks @ Pala. I'll be out there July 11th.
