Added a little something old to my garage. It's in FL right now, but will arrive in TX in a couple of weeks.

1974 Penton (KTM) Hare Scrambler 250cc.

Beautiful bike David! I spent a lot of time as a kid on my buddies '73 Penton Six Days, it was an awesome woods bike. Do you plan on racing that in the vintage classes or just keeping it as a collectible?

It will definitely be ridden, but probably not raced. But once I ride it, you never know.

It arrived today. Here's a photo with the new owner. This thing kicks like a mule! I have to remember to wear boots when I start it or I might lose a leg! :-)

David - really is a beautiful bike! You need an old set of vintage Hi Point Boots now to go with it....or maybe just an old set of lineman boots. :cool

reminds me of my old dr 370...that bike looks great....dont forget the old open face helmet with the plastic mud gaurf over your face:thumb
