I know for a fact there are some things that help you get by when you've lost someone close to you in a sport that many love passionately. Quotes are one of them in my case, often they are comforting, and really make you think about life, etc.. So throw up some quotes people. I heard one I liked before, something about hearing "the music", anyone know what I'm talking about?

I can only say this quote was from an anonymous stranger who overheard someone asking about Jeremy's progress one day in the post office. She gently tapped me on the shoulder and told me to remember this:

"There's no level of difficulty with a miracle."

It gives lots of hope during the hard times and I'll always appreciate the encouragement.

I really like that and How True! Thanks for sharing.

YamahaRider - not sure exactly which quote you are thinking of (although the part about hearing the music seems familiar.....) but have you checked out this thread? It's got a lot of good quotes and stuff in it. Go to: http://www.riderdown.org/forum/showthread.php?t=135

If you do find the particular one you are searching for post it up!

Take calculated risks. That is quite different from being rash.

If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will.
