Hey Team!!
I damaged my rotator cuff a few weeks back, and am currently doing rehab. I will post my experiences with my PT here and what exercises I am doing to prevent the injury again! I hope to post some images and important info here so you can learn from my injury!

Now that it's out in the open..............get better Walker! :crash: I'm glad it didn't turn out any worse. You'll be back riding soon enough - maybe this will give me an edge when we ride together at the BajaBound/RDF fundraiser in late April! I need every edge I can muster.....

Show us the x-ray of the broken scapula when you get a chance. BTW - you do have insurance, right?

By "rock climbing" I hope you mean you were riding your cool red dirtbike up a really gnarly hill in the middle of the desert somewhere :D

ok. update.. my rotator cuff injury was just a small portion to my problems..
after further review and many xrays and a two MRI's

I had two months of Physically Therapy.. but let me tell you.. I was very disappointed in the PT.. I went to this well know PT practice that a few professional sports guys recommended and they charge me 300 per day "insurance covered it" but they just had me do exercises unassisted or monitored.. so after a few visits, I just did the same exercises at home and at a more regular interval.. so after all my PT I was feeling better .. so why not attempt a ride.. I went out on a ride while visiting my Father in Nevada and I found I could not hold with my left hand.. My arm would go numb at a standing riding 1/2 attack stance and my hand would fall off the bars... not good!

Hopefully you've got your voice back by now and feeling better. It was a wee bit difficult to hear you the other day. How's the shoulder feeling?
