Very sad news. Godspeed Benjamin, RIP.
1000cc - can you provide us with a few more details? Where was this, was he on a street bike or dirt? How old is he?

He was on his street bike (sportbike) It happened last Thursday at 6:30 P.M. on SR54 and Loury ln in Zephyrhills, He was passing a few cars and the lead vehicle was making a left turn. He had laid the bike down in December and the bike was being repaired from that accident, he picked it up 30 minutes before he died. I work with his Father and they are taking it very hard, I understand that it was his fault but that doesn't take away the fact that his family is going thru some rough times now. I have the families address and info if anyone would like to help with moral or financial help!
The article was on TBO.com last Thursday night December 15th 2009.
You can read the article by typing in Benjamin Mower in google and it will pull it up!
Thanks.

Benjamin Hangun Mower was killed in the accident due to the other driver of a tow truck veering into his lane of travel. If the tow truck drive had made a legal turn the accident may have not have happened. The tow truck driver was charged with making an improper turn. He was not speeding at the time of impact.
Driver's need be more observant of others on the road and to make proper turns to avoid this type of accident in the future. No family should have to go through the loss of child.

Sir,
I am sensing that you may be the Father of Benjamin Mower. Please feel free to send me a PM [Priviate Message} with your contact information and I will contact you. I know how it feels to bury a child - I lost my son in September of 2002. Let me know if you would like to talk. I know the feeling and perhaps we can help each other.
Sincerely,
Mike Berg
