Hey Angie,
You beat me to it, I was going to say- Where did everyone GO!!!!
We had a board meeting on skype last night and they go 2 to 3 hours no matter how much we try and cut it short. And it motivates and wears us out all at the same time.
I know Bruce wants to touch base with you but he's still reeling and trying to get back up to speed after a pretty tough weekend.
How are you doing after your emotional weekend? I loved the few pictures I saw.
You were really a trooper and awfully brave to get up in front of all those people, Great Job, really.
Was it a fun event?

It really was alot of fun. Im beginning to recover...slowly. I could hardly get out of bed on Monday morning. The amount of miles I covered in 3 days...I dont want to even know. People really come from all over. Every Hotel is packed and you can forget about sleeping because the kids raise cane all night long. How they can still race is beyond me. I met alot of great people. As far as getting up in front of the crowd. I just laugh about it. My speech I prepared was really great. To bad I forgot most of it...LOL

That is alot of traveling. I know what you mean about the kid's raising cane all night, it's one big party for them and there is no sound proofing in those darn places.
Don't feel bad about the speech, it wil come in time, at least that's what I keep telling myself because I know it will be my turn soon enough. Save your speech, maybe if we get the chance we can do it together and between the two of us we'll sound like those corny people at the award shows reading each others lines. LOL
Did you go by yourself or did the whole family go?
Well off to bed, I'm one of those reluctant early risers.
Have a good night,
Joe

Almost the whole family was there this weekend. Ethan enjoyed this year the most by far. He is getting a little big for his britches if you know what I mean. He helped me alot. He picked out a "Gold" RiderDown sticker for his bike because it matched his new gold spring....LOL

That's cool, enjoy every minute, they grow up way too fast as you are probably experiencing. Mine are both boys and both were my riding buddies, the youngest still is. They are 28 and 24, man that happens to fast, I can't be that old.
Talk to you tomorrow,
Joe

Angie,
I've been meaning to post for a while and tell you "great job." You are a better woman that me getting up in front of all those people! I recently got up infront of a much smaller group and all the great points I had to make left my body upon my arrival at the front on the room. As a teacher I'm used to talking in front of a classroom and in front of parents so I guess instead of picturing people in their underwear I need to see them all as parents. Go figure!
