Here is a note from Alan's wife, Beth Ann:
Just wanted to tell you that we received a packet today in the mail along with a very generous donation. Thank you so much. That will help out alot. Alan's medication cost us $xxxx for the first month. Our bathroom for handicapped shower and toilet was $xxxx, and his bedroom another $xxxx. A deck with ramps were donated by a family friend. And we do not know how to thank your organization enough. This money came at a perfect time. Because now we can pay for the next months medications. But thanks to great family, friends, and your organization it has made this transition alot easier to handle. We are having a benefit for Alan on August 9th in Medford new jersey. I do not know if anyone from your organization lives close to the venue, and I would like to send some tickets. If you can find out if anyone lives close I would love them to attend.
