Soaring Edge Motocross will be hosting a Benefit Ride weekend in conjunction with Round 5 of the Full Throttle Racing MX Series on Saturday Night. Danny Janulewicz's family lost their house to a fire and during intermission of Saturday Night's races, there will be a auction that will help the family out. Items so far include a Chad Reed jersey, Jeremy McGrath jersey, Doug Henry 1993 #1 jersey(signed), Brian Deegan X-Games shirt(signed) and other giveaways by local sponsors.
Then on Sunday, during Soaring Edge's normal Practice Schedule, 100% of the practice fees will go to the family. Hamberguers and Hot Dogs are provided for free curtesy of The Oil Mart.com and Storm Lake Honda. Red Bull will also be in attendance.
Even local pros Ricky Draper of Bellevue, Nebraska and Travis Hodges of Omaha, Nebraska are both commited to race Saturday Night.
Dates are June 28th for the Race, gates open at 1pm, practice at 2:30pm with racing starting at 4pm and June 29th for Practice with the practice times being 1pm to 6pm. All times are Central Time.
